He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Holman and Wanda "Fanny" Eddington (Rice); and his grandparents, Otto Sr., Dovie Rice, Ray and Josephine Holman.
He is survived by: his friend Jerry; his daughters, Melissa (Sham Duskin), Krista Holman of Buffalo, MO and Michelle (Joe Marheine); his grandchildren, Taylor Holman, Paige Holman, Allissa Huber, Shelby Woods, Sarah Duskin, Bethanie Duskin, Gabe Marheine and Atlas; his aunt Judy Long; and his uncles, Danny Rice and Frank Rice. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
