He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Rice and Dovie Rice (Pruett); and his siblings, Otto Rice, Jr., Gerald Rice (Pete), Elmer Rice, Gary Rice, Wanda Holman and Linda Kay.
He is survived by: his son Clay (Betty Rice) of Florida; his siblings, Frank (Sharon Rice) of Buffalo, Danny (Brenda Rice) of Buffalo, Missouri and Judy Long of Buffalo, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Joshua and Hanna. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
