She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Porten and Margaret Porten (Schules) of McHenry, IL.. She is survived by: her siblings, Katherine Baird (George) of McHenry, IL., Walter Porten, Peter Porten (Ruth), Raymond Porten (Judy) of McHenry, IL., Alice Dehne of McHenry, IL., Eileen Wood (Chuck) of McHenry, IL. and Earl Porten (Betty) of Wauconda, IL.; and her daughters, Joan Pitts (Harry) of Pittsburg, MO and Margie Sinden (Glen) of Round Lake, IL.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
