He is survived by: his wife Belva Skinner; his children, Brandon (Robin Skinner) of Purcell, Bradley (Mary Ann Skinner) of Rocky, Brian (Teena Skinner) of Coldwater, Mississippi and Briscia (Tyler Pittman) of Altus, Oklahoma; his siblings, Rhonda Outlaw, Gwen Medley, Joel Skinner, Nelda Collins, Nina Henderson and Abe Skinner; and his grandchildren, Shawn Skinner, Reyanne Skinner, Kayla Skinner, Tyler Skinner, Gunner Willes, Maddison Skinner, Logan Skinner, Sheri Jaquez (C. J.), Christina Dukes, Levi Skinner, Josie Skinner, Katie Skinner, Elisabeth Skinner, Daniel Chambers, Adalynn Pittman, Aubrey Pittman and Ember Pittman. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
