He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glen Mayfield and Ruth Mayfield (Murray); his sister Linda; his children, Chris (Jennifer Mayfield) and Traci (Dusty Owens); his wife Mary Helen Mayfield; his daughter Angie Mayfield; his grandchildren, Megan Portis (Josh), Kyle Huber (Krystal), Dalton Bennett (Abby), Breck Mayfield, Tristan Timmerwilke (Cassie), Hailie Mayfield, Parker Tyree, Tyler Gash, Tegan Gash, Janissa Mayfield, Cooper Mayfield, Tallyn Gunnels, Keeley McCorkendale and Kinsley Owens; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Jagger, Alyea, Cameron, Scarlet, Kayedon, Wyatt, Haiden, Haven, James, Jonah, Noah, Riley, Logan, Bailey, Owen, Lyle and Shilow; and his sisters, Glenda Ward and Maynell Vinyard (Joe). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
