He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Monroe Swearengin and Kenneth Blair. He is survived by: his spouse Mary (Andrews); his children, Jaylee Blair and Judson Blair; his parents, Ben Blair and Kathy Blair of Bolivar; his siblings, Jason Blair (Darla) of Urbana and Kristy Reynolds (Scott) of Polk; his grandmothers, Darlene Swearengin of Halfway and Mary Blair of Buffalo; his nephews, Jordan Edge, Ben and Sam Reynolds; and his niece Jessica Willis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
