She was predeceased by: her parents, Sida Howard and Julia Ann Havice (Cole); her husband John Swigert; her siblings, Edith Swigert, Eva Havice, Junior Havice and Charlie Havice; her grandchildren, Jennifer Swigert, Howard Putnam, Sherman Putnam, Jannetta Alexander and George Stutesman; and her sons-in-law, Bill Alexander, John Wakefield and Sherman Putnam, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Donna (Jim Summers), Tenney Wakefield of Buffalo, MO, Daisy Moore of Lebanon, MO, Janie Wakefield of Buffalo, MO, Nancy (Mike Poterbin) and John Swigert, Jr. of Buffalo, MO; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Havice. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; 28 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Jannetta Swigert Funeral Fund or the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
