He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mallard and Chloe Mallard (Ray); and his siblings, Quinton Mallard, Robert Mallard and Effie Lou Mathews.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia of Buffalo, MO; his children, Cheryl (Doug Gardner) of Buffalo, MO and Steve Mallard (Kim) of Fair Grove, MO; and his siblings, Ray Mallard Triplett of Lynnwood, WA and Peggy Litke of Wichita, KS.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Thorpe Cemetery.
