She was predeceased by: her parents, Johney Cline and Veda Cline (McDaniel); her husband Wilburn "Web" Turner; her son-in-law Ronnie Flippin; and her siblings, Cecil, Billy, Jerry Cline, Birdie Lucille, Daisy Turner, Tiny Tucker and Ruby Jean.

She is survived by: her children, Shirley Flippin (Turner) of Urbana, MO and Burley Turner (Loretta) of Long Lane; her grandchildren, Roxie Flippin (Michael Elliott), Ross Flippin (Amber), Brandon Turner (Katherine), Rachel Turner, Michael Flippin, Cheri Heldstab and Kenny Flippin; her great grandchildren, Austin Flippin, Rosalie Flippin-Elliott, Alexander Flippin, Victoria Flippin and Beatrix Turner; her sisters, Betty Shively of Marshall, MO. and Hazel Turner of Buffalo; and her sister-in-law Maxine Smith of Buffalo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
