She was predeceased by: her parents, George Chastain of Washington and Elva Chastain (Evans). She is survived by: her daughter Janice (Jim Haines) of Lebanon, MO; her grandchildren, Jimmie (Michele Haines) and Stephanie Stroup (Eric); her son Randall (Juanita Boro); and her grandchildren, Kayla (Alex Mastroianni), Caleb (Mary Ann Boro) and Krista (Chase Mitchell). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
