He is survived by: his wife Judy Cook; his children, Duane Evans (Teri), Jeffrey Evans (Patti) and Cheryl Porter (Jerry); his grandchildren, Ethan Evans (Morgan), Elise Evans, Breanna Arthur (Michael), Nakayla Evans, Patrick Evans, Shalissa Hutson, Joseph Hutson and Jessica Hutson; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Arthur, Dakota Arthur and Bentley Crowley; his sisters, Dorothy Deckard and Donna Stidham (Don); and his sister-in-law Connie Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
