He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dee Cook and Clara Cook (Procter); his wife Daisy Cook; his siblings, Charles Cook, Dave Cook and Eva Foster; his children, Melissa Enslow (Rick), Helen Miller (Ora) and Henry Cook (Rhonda); his daughter-in-law Kimberly Thomas; his brother Will Cook; and his son Jesse Thomas. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
