He is survived by: his sons, Steven "Tommy" Scrivener of Colorado, Robert Spotz (Kelly) of Missouri and Mickey Scrivener (Kristy) of Nebraska; his wife Pearl L. Bartee; his siblings, Sue (Eddie), Debbie (Larry), Norma and Kent; his grandchildren, Daccota, Michael (Mercedes), Andrew, Landon, Jodi, Jamie and Cody; his great grandchildren, Mayla and Memphis; and his grandchildren, Jannette (Johnie), Lacey (Bryan) and Mackenzie. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
