She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Clinton Smith and Grace Margaret Rambo; and her brother Joe. She is survived by: her husband Rex; and her children, Gregory Rex Harmon (Sarah), Judy Lynn Dampier (Bobby Jay Dampier) and Sherri Renee Parrack (Bryan Jay Parrack). She is also survived by Six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Phoenix Hospice.
