She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy Mattix and Minnie Bell Mattix (Adams); her husband Kenneth Thomas; her daughter Pamela Marie Thomas; her siblings, Robert Mattix, Lawrence Mattix and Dorothy Montonye; and her grandchildren, Jesse McCoy and Brandon Pougue.
She is survived by: her daughters, LeAnn Martin of Buffalo, Susan Thomas of Marshfield and Beverly Lee (Michael) of Elkland, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Julie Finley, Brian Prier, Wayne Bremenkamp, Melissa Bolles, Jessica Minor, Michelle Sarllito-Holt, Brandon Acton, Chad Acton, Shaun Coltrane and Dustin Coltrane. She is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
