It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie Kathleen Owens (Buffalo, Missouri), who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Loudermilk and Martha Loudermilk (Dull); her husband William Everett Owens; her daughter-in-law Margaret; and her brothers, Claude and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Everett of Sleeper, Missouri and Carol Banks (Mike) of Springfield, Missouri; her grandchildren, Jerry Owens (Julia), Jennifer Dampier (Andy), Amy Owens and Jim Owens; her great grandchildren, Shelby Owens, Emily Wise (Preston) and Jacob Sharp; her great great grandchild Kellie Wise; and her sisters, Jeanie Holland of Buffalo, Missouri and Carolyn Patterson of Buffalo, Missouri. She is also survived by two step-grandsons; numerous step-great grandchildren and step great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contribution can be made to the American Cancer Society.
