He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ray and Alice Slack; and his siblings, Paula Killian and Larry Slack. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary (Wilma Slack) of Buffalo, MO, Jerry (Lisa Slack) of Buffalo, MO and Terry (Jenny Slack) of Buffalo, MO; his brother-in-law Stanley Killian of Buffalo, MO; his nieces and nephews, Regina (Duane Potter), Jeanette (Brian Welch), Kierra Payne (Ron Nixon), Jaime Slack (Charles Pruitt), Justin Slack, Keaton Payne (Keli Adams) and Bryon Slack; and his great-nephews, Colton, Paden Rader and Emmit Payne.
