She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey Carter; her son Andrew Jackson Carter; and her siblings, Clifford Albert Jackson, Lorin George Jackson, Donald Jackson, Zora Saloma Post, Alice Marie Hooton, Zola Violet McCann and Shirley Lorene Frangella.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, John, Judy, Keith, Frankie, Karen and Sandra.
