She is survived by: her husband Phillip Campbell; her son Andrew; her grandsons, Jasen, Julius and Jaxson; her sisters, Rhonda Teter and Chris Winfrey (Mike Nicholson); her niece Amber Johnson (David); and her nephews, Matthew Inman (Lisa) and Jeremy Gervy (Rachel).
