He is survived by: his friend Bob; his children, Sharon Hornbostel (Dustin) of Odessa, MO, Robert Stephenson (Kim) of Maitland, FL, Dawn Makowski (Mark) of Milwaukee, WI and Theresa Leto of Waukesha, WI; and his brother Donald Stephenson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
