She is survived by: her sons, William "Bill" Padfield (Monica) and Mark William Padfield Sr. (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Sasha Monique Bacus, Synthia Gayle Lewis, Mark William Padfield Jr. and Jennifer Elizabeth Hawkins; and her great grandchildren, Lucas Alan Bacus, Carson Allen Bacus, Kinsley Lizabeth Lewis, Eli Wayne Lewis, Charlotte Marie Lewis, Joseph William Padfield, Carly Ann Deheart and Benjamin Bacus.
