He was predeceased by: his father-in-law James Hustead. He is survived by: his parents, Bobbie D. Cupp and Goldie Cupp (Stoddard) of Marceline; his wife Marguerite Hustead; his children, Kelley Blakely (Kevin) of Kansas City, MO, Alex Cupp (Lizzie Tibeau) and Rachael Cupp; his siblings, Randall Cupp (Anthony Angelo) of Kansas City, MO, Robert Cupp (Cindy) of Marceline and Rhonda Williams (Chris) of Columbia; and his mother-in-law Verona Hustead of Brookfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
