He is survived by: his wife Mary Kitchen; his children, Glen Edward Kitchen III of Bucklin, Debra Kitchen of Rochester and Ann Kitchen Jordan of Roswell; his brother Gary Kitchen (Lou); and his grandchildren, Jonathan DeAngelis of New York City, Joseph DeAngelis of Rochester, John Glen Jordan of Roswell, Georgia and Malcolm Alexander Jordan of Roswell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
