Bulen; his brother Delmar Cash; his grandparents, Mary and James Carriker; his siblings-in-law, Mary Smith, Judy Bulen, Jane Bulen, Joe Bulen and William Bulen; and his niece Terry Marie Cash.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Bulen Slater; his children, James E. Slater of Brookfield, Daisy L. Maddox of Vandalia and Mary A. Lage of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Thomas, Jewel Izard, Timothy Izard, Jenna, Tristan Izard, Destiny, Darcy Izard, Owen, Katy, Dominic Wilson, Riley Slater, Chloe Slater, Mackenzie Slater, Brittany C. Hollon, Charles E. Slater, Jazzmyn and Samantha Lage; his great grandchildren, Liam Buckner, Thomas C. Izard, Demi, Declan Izard and Lillynn Renfro; his brother Howard Cash of Vail, AZ; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Bulen (Lucy), Susie Sibley and Barb Walter.
