She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude H. Buckles and Delma Buckles (Johnson); her husband John B. Spurlock; her siblings, Firman (Sara), Claude Jr. (Opal) and Melba; her niece Sara Marjorie (Billy Cooper); and her cousins, Francis Johnson and Ruth Blunk.
She is survived by: her niece Janice Thomason (John) of Rayville, LA; her nephews, Claude Larry Buckles (Rita) of Union City, TN and Don E. Buckles of Houston, TX; and her cousins, Howard Johnson (Pat) of Sumner, MO, Colleen Johnson of Brunswick, MO and Glen Blunk (Joyce) of Lee's Summit, MO.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Triplett Christian Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
