He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward Flanagin and Stella Mae Smith Flanagin. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Flanagin Douglass, Kelly Flanagin Fray, Kathryn Flanagin Gallagher, Timothy Flanagin, Joseph Flanagin and Brian Flanagin. He is also survived by his 5 nieces, 9 nephews, 1 grand-niece, 3 grand-nephews.
