He is survived by: his parents, Randy Dombek of Florida and Amanda Nickerson of Trenton, MO; his grandparents, Mike and Judy Siefkas; his caregivers, Mike and Judy Siefkas of Brunswick, MO; his brother Christopher Nickerson (Alyssa Gardner); his nephew Oliver of Richmond, MO; his sibling Titan Dombek (Jade Sailor) of Waynesville, MO; and his aunts and uncles, James Robinson, Sr., Steven Siefkas (Terra), Melissa Kistler, Andrea Kistler and Jenessa Gonzalez (Mark).
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to be made to Breshears Memorial Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
