He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Gerald of Chadwick, Alvin of Chadwick and Melissa (Justin) of Seymour; his grandchildren, Allyson, Howard, Joshua, Jacob, Michael, Otis Sean, Julius, Cassidy, Gabriel and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Holly, Kinzlie, Jesse and Marcus.
