She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Smith and Ella Smith (Hale); her in-laws, Herman and Lina Gullett; her sister Mildred; and her siblings-in-law, Don Sisco, Wanda Smith, Betty Maggard (Otto), Alma Maggard (Hosea), Bula Patterson (Bill) and Caroline Gullett.
She is survived by: her husband Don; her daughters, Crystal Jones (Rick) of Sparta, Cheryl Hull (Kerry) of Oldfield and Cindy Gullett; her brother Bill Smith; her close friend Shirley Snider; her sister Marjorie Cook (Tim); her sister-in-law Sue DeWitt (Bob); her nephew Randy Sisco; and her niece Penny Loveland (Sisco).
