He is survived by: his father Basil Bender; his wife Viola "Susie" Bender of Bruner, MO; his sons, Benjie Bender and Burt John Bender of Bruner, MO; his grandchildren, Logan Bender, Mackenzie Hernandez, Maddison Villafane, Olivia Symone Bender and Ohanna Sydney Bender; and his brother-in-law Ira Eugene Sulteen (Marsha) of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
