She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Ophelia Smith (Huxtable); her grandson Darrin Lane Hawkins; and her brothers, Robert "Bob" Smith and Jim Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Roy E. Goins Jr.; her children, Eddie Goins (Sherry) of Sparta, Daryl Goins of Sparta, Pam Hawkins (Buddy) of Bruner, Kim Rowland (Richard) of Bruner, Jodi Lilly of Ozark and Angie Berry (Rich) of Catoosa, Oklahoma; her brother David Smith (Marsha) of Princeville, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Toni, Mandi, Jenni, Lance, Derrick, Kristin, Jessica, Kyle, Jacki, Jewell, Jonnie, Jennifer, Paul, Jason, Jami, Ryan, Amariah and Robbie.
A requirement to wear face coverings when in public, for the purpose of preventing or limiting the spread of COVID-19.
