He is survived by: his parents, Darin Thomas and Vickie Thomas; his stepfather Charlie Phillips; his grandmother Connie Thomas; his sister Tosha Fultz (Patrick); and his nephews, Jaxson, James, Gabriel, Calvin and Liam Fultz. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles; cousins and other relatives and friends.
