He was predeceased by: his parents, Jes Phillips and Glennis Phillips (Shelton); and his daughter Jenna Brooke. He is survived by: his siblings, Glenda Shackleford, Louie Phillips (Betsy), Dale Phillips (Becky) and Jessie Phillips (Donna); and his children, Tim Phillips, Chris Phillips, Amy Wilhite, Jimmy Phillips, Bradley Phillips and Dylan Phillips. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, relatives and friends.
