He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Thornburg; his children, Laura Kane (Douglas) of Wright City, Lea Anne Banholzer (Peter) of Ellisville, Austin Allen Sander of Kansas City, Kristen Sander of Kansas City, Leo Sander (Ashley) of Spartanburg, Brandon Hazen Sander of Kansas City, Missouri, Scott Callis of Broken Arrow and Brandy O'Mary (Scott) of San Antonio; his siblings-in-law, Gary Adams (Sharon) and Linda Kay Curtis (Thornburg); his grandchildren, William Sander, Avery Sander, Kelsey Luke Zeilmann (Keri), Jeffrey Zeilmann II (Lydia), Abigail Banholzer, Cooper Banholzer, Cal Banholzer, Brad Kane (Lissy), Keeley Kane, Nathaniel Callis (Bre), Noah O'Mary, Natalie O'Mary and Norah O'Mary; his great grandchild Elaina Mae Callis; his siblings, Beatrice Elizabeth Eggleston (Don) of Ft. Myers and Terry Lee Sander of St. Louis; his goddaughter Patti Ball (Troy) of St. Louis, MO; and his cousin Mary Kay Sander (Phil Keys) of Lake St. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
