She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Payne and Ruth Payne (Bailey); her husband Emmett Scott; her son Rene Eastman; and her siblings, Larry Payne and Betty Ann Welch.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Eastman of Kaiser, Ronney Eastman of Salem, Missouri, Sharon Luttrell (Tim) of Brumley and Rhonda Eastman of Osage Beach, Missouri; her grandchildren, Joshua Luttrell (Hannah), Shelynna Luttrell, James Eastman (Winter) and Kodi Eastman; her great grandchild Warren Luttrell; and her sister Louise Bottino (Joe) of Columbia, Missouri. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
