He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Minnie Florence Duncan (Rodden); and his siblings, Henry Monroe "Roe" Duncan, Joseph "Joe" Duncan, Frank Duncan, Wayne Duncan, Milton Duncan, Anna Jean Bogart and Delcia Duncan.
He is survived by: his brother Wayman Myron Duncan; and his sister-in-law Bernadine Duncan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Mt. Union Cemetery.
