He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Whittle and Ruby Whittle (DeVore); his former wife Mary Luan Plemmons; his wife Luan Whittle; his siblings-in-law, Phillip Plemmons, Richard Plemmons, Mike Plemmons, Paul Schulte and Peggy Eads; and his nephew Kyle Wickham.
He is survived by: his children, Ryan Whittle (Amy Patterson) and Lyndsey Wilson (Cole); his grandchildren, Maci Steen, Abigail Herx, Tanner Trinklein, Mason Whittle, Cole Herx and Blake Herx; his siblings, Connie Wickham (Jimmie), Christy Schulte and Gary Wayne Whittle; and his siblings-in-law, Wilbert "Dub" Plemmons, James Plemmons (Delores), Sue Fancher (Gary), Patty Keeth (Doug), Pennie Plemmons and Patsy Plemmons. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the education fund of Donny Whittle's grandchildren.
