He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamen Luttrell and Zilphia Luttrell (Rhinehart); his wife Billie Mae DeVore; and his siblings, Ovid, Okie, Dean, Clint, Lynn, Ronnie, Jackie and Bonnie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Renee Whittle (Rick) of Brumley and Rita Kay Howser (Luttrell) of Brumley; his grandchildren, Robbie Whittle (Kim), Nichole Lawson (Jason), Crystal Ash (Darin), Gloria Helton (Tyson), Lacie Whittle (Michael McComb), Adam Howser (Holly Graap) and Jessica Havens (Matt); and his siblings, Terry, Mike, Sharon, Betty and Sally. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
