He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest McCulley and Ethel McCulley (Wendt); his children, Scott Jared McCulley and Trisha McCulley; and his siblings, Bill, Virgil McCulley and Linda McCulley.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah S. Lowry; his granddaughter Abagail Rose McMeins; his sisters, Mary Bell Carrall of Unionville, MO and Betty Hollaway of Belton, MO; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Cottrell of Platte City, MO, Rita Terrey (Lonnie) of Jamesport, MO, Nancy McCulley of Chillicothe, MO and Janet O'Banion of Maryville, TN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
