He is survived by: his children, James 'Blake Lewis, Sr. of Broseley and Christal Chism (Michael) of Greenville; his close friend Pat Truelove of Neelyville; and his siblings, Melvin Miller (Kelly) of Advance, Lester Knox (Sarah), Earney Knox (Sonya) of Poplar Bluff, Melissa Whitney (Chuck) of Jackson, Linda Jeffries (Darrell) of Bellflower and Glenda Burke (Jerry) of Poplar Bluff. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 40 nieces and nephews.
