He is survived by: his wife Faye Stroud; his daughter Nicole Middleton (Bryan) of Salem, IL.; his granddaughters, Ambrocya Owens (Coty) of Belleville, IL, Zavyira Middleton (Nick) of San Diego, CA and Sheyridan Middleton of San Diego, CA; his great grandchildren, Rosalina and Shiloh Jace; and his siblings, Dan, Bill and Lorainne Goff.
The family asks all attendees be mindful of Covid by wearing a mask and practicing social distancing when possible.
