We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2020 we had to say goodbye to John McFarlen of Broseley, Missouri, born in Dexter, Missouri. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence McFarlen and Martha Ann McFarlen; his former spouse Norene Adams; his wife Evelyn Johnson; and his children, Sharon, Jerry, Gary and Donna McFarlen.

He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Gittemeier (John) of Troy and Diane Metz (Jessie) of Poplar Bluff; and his stepsons, Steve Johnson (Karen) of Piedmont, Bob Johnson (Julie) of Poplar Bluff, Ron Johnson (Suzy) of Wappapello and Mike Johnson (Ruby) of Lowndes. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
