He was predeceased by: his parent Leslie Ethridge. He is survived by: his parent Thurma Ethridge; his sons, Curtis Ethridge of Poplar Bluff, Tony Ethridge of Summerville, SC, Terry Ethridge of Broseley, Richard Ethridge and Donny Ethridge; and his siblings, Bonnie Mansker of Doniphan and Daniel Ethridge of Poplar Bluff. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
