It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Shepard of Broseley, Missouri, born in Pollard, Arkansas, who passed away on June 16, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Andrew; and his brother Bobby Ray Shepard. He is survived by: his children, Gary Shepard (Sherry) of Ellsinore, Terry Flowers (Bub) of Qulin and Mark Shepard of Broseley; his granddaughters, Stefanie Ralls, Stacie Holt and Ashley Flowers; and his great grandchildren, April, Alexa, Jacob, Brantley, Adalynn, River and Ledge.
