With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Louise Payne of Brookfield, Missouri, who passed away on January 1, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Sebring and Mildred Sebring; her husband Phillip E. Payne Jr.; her sister Harriett Sebring Skouse (Don Skouse); and her siblings-in-law, Bob Thompson and Natalie Sutton.

She is survived by: her sons, Phillip III (Lisa) and John (Suzie); her grandchildren, Joy Payne, Heather Jodoin Horne (Brett) and Nick Jodoin (Annie); her great grandchildren, Katelynn, Emmalynn, Keith Horne and Jonathan Payne; her siblings, Fern Sebring Thompson and Jack Sebring (Margie); her siblings-in-law, Robert "Butch" Payne (Joan), Ruth Favela and Eleanor Mizvesky; and her niece Donna Skouse Hyde (Frankie Huff).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Corry Chapel ROF.
