She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville William Bachtel and Ruby Ethel Bachtel (Thudium); her husband James Wesley Cleveland; her son Larry Gene Cleveland; and her brothers, William "Billy" Bachtel and Dail Bachtel.

She is survived by: her daughter Linda Switzer (Floy) of De Soto, Kansas. She is also survived by five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
