He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter William and Winona Faye Carr (Burd); his brother Larry Carr; and his brother-in-law Dennis Calhoun. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Krieger; his children, Laura Carr of Brookfield, MO and Andrew Carr (Casey) of Livermore, CA; and his sisters, Cheryl Calhoun of Brookfield, MO. and Carol Hawkins (Sandy) of Kansas City, MO.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
