It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Michael Phillips of Brookfield, Missouri, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Phillips and Kathryn Phillips (Harter); his wife Margaret Phillips (Beers); and his siblings, James "Jim" Phillips, Rita Gardner and Cynthia "Cindy" Phillips.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sharron Crandall of Brookfield, Larry Phillips of Quincy, Penny Koenig (Dennis) of Mendon and Pamela "Pam" Drummond of Brookfield; and his stepchildren, Thomas Campbell (Karen Lynn) of Social Circle, Robert "Denny" Campbell of Warner Robins and Tiffany Powell (Chris) of Rockport, Texas. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other extended family members and friends.
