She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Moore and Mattie Moore (Friend); her husband Clifford Monroe; and her brother Raymond. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Brinkley; her grandchildren, Tim Brinkley (Jill) of St Louis and Tracie Seibold of Brookfield; her great grandchildren, Adam Brown Brookfield (Susan) of St Louis, Zac of St Louis and Claire Brinkley of St Louis; her great great grandchildren, Emmy and Madison Hastings of Brookfield; her niece Nancy Monroe of Brookfield; and her nephew John Monroe of Columbia.
