He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his children, Josh and Sarah; his mother Sandra Jakubik; his stepfather Wayne Jakubik of Ruskin, FL; his mother-in-law Cheryl Calhoun of Brookfield, MO; his stepmother Barbara Donato (Dan) of Sturgis, MI; his siblings, Jody Holtz of Walstonburg, NC, Jennifer Rupp (Rick) of Middlebury, IN and Andrew (Katie) of Burr Oak, MI; his sister-in-law Tracy Calhoun of Enid, OK; his nieces and nephews, Caleb Calhoun, Alexis Ladaga of Winterville, NC, Sydney Cestero of Raleigh, NC, JD, Ella Rupp of Middlebury, IN, Andrea, Claire, Berkley and Drew Holtz of Burr Oak, MI; his aunts and uncles, Don Nettleman of Sturgis, MI, John Gilchrist of Surfside Beach, SC, Evelyn (Scott) of Hubert, NC and Joan Fiebig of Willington, NC; and his close friend Davon (Amanda Troyer) of Greenville, MI. He is also survived by several other cousins, friends.
